					REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: 31 July 2025 
Applies to all training program payments made via CHIP.
At FIXX BZ Resources, we are committed to providing quality training. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully.
- Cancellation by Participant
- Cancellation 7 days or more before the training start date:
 Full refund, minus any processing fee charged by CHIP.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the training:
 No refund, but the seat may be transferred to another participant from the same company.
- Cancellation by FIXX BZ Resources
If we cancel or reschedule a training session:
- You may choose a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
- Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method through CHIP.
- We are not liable for any delays caused by the payment gateway or banks.
- How to Request a Refund
Send an email to linda@fixxbz.com.my with:
- Your full name
- Training session details
- Reason for refund
- Payment proof
We will assess and respond within 3 business days.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in cases of:
- No-shows without notice
- Partial attendance
- Downloaded digital content or materials
