REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 31 July 2025 
Applies to all training program payments made via CHIP.

At FIXX BZ Resources, we are committed to providing quality training. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully.

  1. Cancellation by Participant
  • Cancellation 7 days or more before the training start date:
    Full refund, minus any processing fee charged by CHIP.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before the training:
    No refund, but the seat may be transferred to another participant from the same company.
  1. Cancellation by FIXX BZ Resources

If we cancel or reschedule a training session:

  • You may choose a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
  1. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method through CHIP.
  • We are not liable for any delays caused by the payment gateway or banks.
  1. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to linda@fixxbz.com.my with:

  • Your full name
  • Training session details
  • Reason for refund
  • Payment proof

We will assess and respond within 3 business days.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in cases of:

  • No-shows without notice
  • Partial attendance
  • Downloaded digital content or materials
