AI for Admin & Secretaries
AI for Admin & Secretaries is a workforce upskilling project designed to help administrative and secretarial professionals adapt confidently to the growing use of artificial intelligence in the workplace. The project aims to reposition secretaries and administrative staff as AI-enabled professionals by equipping them with practical, job-relevant skills that enhance productivity, accuracy, and efficiency—while reinforcing the human judgment and organizational strengths that remain critical to their roles.
At the core of this project is a 2-day immersive bootcamp that provides hands-on, guided training using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and widely used Microsoft and Google applications. Participants learn how to apply AI across everyday administrative tasks, including email and correspondence management, meeting minutes and summaries, report and slide preparation, Excel and data handling, travel planning, claims documentation, and task coordination. The course emphasizes real workplace scenarios, clear prompt design, and practical workflows that can be implemented immediately.
By the end of the program, participants will be able to use AI as a trusted co-pilot to save hours of work each week, improve communication quality, and deliver faster, more polished outputs. They will also build a personalized AI toolkit, receive practical prompt resources, and gain the confidence to support executives and teams more effectively in an increasingly digital and AI-driven work environment.
